Fitness training accentuates endurance building while also nurturing patience. It habituates one to push their limits and perpetually persevere towards a target until it is attained. Exposure and becoming accustomed to such an activity adorns a believer with some of the lofty virtues of religion. These virtues are applicable to the maintenance of steadfast worship and enduring commitments which are not easy or enjoyable at the outset.
